Civils Supervisor – East Anglia - Utilities - Urgent

We are partnering with a Civils and Utilities contractor with an excellent track record of successful project delivery across the UK. Due to continued growth in their team, they are seeking a Civils Supervisor to aid with their development in the East Anglia region.

Responsibilities

·Site Supervision & Coordination
Take ownership of day-to-day site activities, ensuring all civil and utilities works are planned, delivered, and coordinated efficiently in line with project requirements.

·Health, Safety & Compliance
Promote a strong safety culture by enforcing HSE standards, leading toolbox talks and carrying out regular site audits and risk assessments.

·Resource & Subcontractor Management
Effectively manage operatives, plant, and subcontractors to maximise output while maintaining quality and meeting programme deadlines.

·Stakeholder & Client Liaison
Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, project managers, and local authorities, providing updates and resolving issues to maintain smooth project delivery.

·Quality Assurance & Reporting
Maintain accurate site diaries, records, and reports while ensuring works meet technical specifications, quality benchmarks, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

Must have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role on Utilities projects

Must have excellent communication skills (Both written and Oral)

Must be based within a commutable distance of East Anglia
